Order terms
Any order supposes adhesion with the present General Sales Terms. The sales contract is subjected to the French legislation.
You can also order by phone at +33 (0) 5 56 31 74 74, from Monday until Friday (except for legal holidays), from 9.00 am to 18.00 pm.
For each selected product on the Petrusse website, a summary page will be posted, showing the photograph of the article, its colors and references, the quantity chosen, its unit price and the total amount of your order. You should carefully check the exactitude of your selection before you confirm your order. As soon as your order is confirmed, it will be sent to Petrusse for treatment. All the efforts are made to ensure that the color and pattern for the Petrusse products, whose photographs are posted on the site, are faithful to the original products but some variations can intervene, in particular because of the technical limitations of returned colors on your data-processing equipment. Consequently, the company Petrusse cannot be held for responsible for errors or inaccuracies of the photographs or charts of the Petrusse products being reproduced on the site. If you should have any question about our products, you can contact our Customer Service.
Petrusse reserves the right to cancel any order of a customer with whom the company is in litigation for a former order, or if Petrusse estimates reasonably that this customer infringes the present General Terms or that he is engaged in a fraudulent activity or for any other legitimate reason.
Product availability
Our products and prices are valid within the limits of our stocks available, as long as they are visible on our site. Indications on the availability of the products will be precised when passing your order.
Petrusse reserves the right to change at any moment and without notice the articles proposed on the site.
Errors or modifications can exceptionnaly occur, for example in case of simultaneous orders for the same article by severel customers. If a product should be out of stock after the order has been confirmed, you will be informed by mail or by phone as soon as possible. In that case, you will have the possibility to choose another article in replacement or to cancel your order. If you choose to cancel your order, you will be refund within 30 days of your payment.
The company Petrusse cannot be held responsible for any article being out of stock or unavailable.
Order validation
The sale is concluded once the order has been confirmed by the customer. A summary of your order will be transmitted to your indicated e-mail address and constitutes the proof of the transaction. In the event of conflict between the company Petrusse and one of its customers regarding a transaction carried out on the Internet site, the recorded data by Petrusse are considered to be an irrefutable proof of the contents of the transaction.
Price – payment
The prices of the Petrusse products are indicated in Euro, all taxes included.
Petrusse reserves the right to modify at any time and without notice the prices of the offered products on the site Petrusse.com. The products invoiced are based on the posted tarification on the website at the moment of the order validation, and subject to availability of the products ordered from this moment.
The orders with delivery in France are free of port starting from 350€ all taxes included. The orders with delivery in France less than 350€ or all amount out of France will be raised with participation and forwarding costs in the following conditions according to the destination :
France : 7 €
Europe : 20€
United States & Switzerland : 40 €
If several forwardings are necessary for an order, this share in the expenses of treatment and forwarding will be invoiced only once for one sending.
For safety reasons, Petrusse will not accept any order with a P.O. Box address nor Cedex. The products are forwarded to the delivery address indicated at the moment of the order process.
We only accept payments by credit card or cheque. You cannot use the « Gift cheques » delivered by the Petrusse Shops to buy articles from the website. All orders are payable in euro. Your order will be forwarded once your payment mode and credit card authorization checked. Your credit card will be debited at the moment of the expedition. If some orderd articles are unavailable (See Availability), only the amounts and expedition costs regarding to the available products will be debited.
Expedition and Delivery
Your order is shipped within 2 working days.
Supplementary delivery period is to be noted because of the conveyor (from 2 to 8 days according to the destination). The company Petrusse cannot be held responsible for consequences due to a delay of delivery on behalf of the conveyor.
Also, any defect or delay of delivery higher than 8 days must be reported as soon as possible to our Customer Service. Any complaint formulated beyond 30 days calendar after the date of validation of your order will not be taken into account.
At the moment of the delivery, you must check the conformity of the goods and indicate, if possible on the delivery form, handwritten reserves accompanied by your signature, the possible noted anomalies (an open package, product damaged etc.) You should inform immediately the Customer Service by e-mail or by telephone.
Return – Exchange – Refunding
You have the possibility to return or exchange every product ordered on the Petrusse website if it doesn’t correspond to your expectations within a delay of 7 days according to the delivery date and at following conditions : the products must be returned accompanied by their invoice or a copy for partial return, in their state and package of origine, accompanied by a return form duly filled and to be send to : On Line Customer Service Petrusse.com, 5, rue Jean Jaurès – 33310 Lormont- France.
In case of an exchange :
If the amount of the product(s) chosen in replacement has/have a value higher than the amount of the turned over products, you will have to discharge the price difference in accordance with the present General Sales Terms.
If the amount of the product(s) chosen in replacement has/have less value than the amount of the turned over products, the price difference will be refunded by Petrusse in accordance with the present General Sales Terms.
The refunding of the articles is carried out by transfer (if you paid by credit card) or by cheque within 30 days after reception of the goods. The return expenses are at your charge except in the event of defective articles for which an exchange will be carried out.
It will not be possible to give you an electronic credit note usable on the Petrusse.com site, and the site will not emit a credit customer to be used in the Petrusse Shops. The Petrusse.com website does not offer the possibility to ask for an exchange or refunding of products which were bought in a Petrusse Shop. Also we don’t refund, even partially a product which you received as a gift.
Petrusse will not be held responsible for the loss of your sending due to a wrong address, nor for any delivery delay of a product you want to send to the Petrusse.com site, insofar as the risks of transport which you choose and which you initiate only depend from your choice.

The whole of the elements (drawings, models, illustrations, images, soundtracks, texts, logos, marks…) constitutive of the Petrusse.com website is the exclusive property of the company Petrusse. The brand « Petrusse » posted on the site as well as the domain name « Petrusse.com » is and remains the exclusive property of the company Petrusse.
Every reproduction, distribution, transmission, modification or use of these brands are for any reason totally forbidden without the express and prior agreement of the company Petrusse. It is totally forbidden to reproduce totally ou partially, to distribute, to publish, to transmit, to modify or to sell a part or the totality of the contents of this site or to make derived creations from this one.
You can make a copy of the Internet pages published on the site Petrusse.com for your own private and non commercial use as far as the copy of those pages preserves all « copyright » mentions and exclusive rights which appear in it.
