We commit ourselves to reveal your coordinates only to thirds implied in the course of your order process : banking details, delivery terms etc. So if you establish your account on the Petrusse website, we collect the data necessary for the invoicing and the delivery of your order : your name, address, telephone number and e-mail address.

In order to manage your purchases and to track your sending, you have to create your account. Click on " My Account " and fill in the identification form. As indicated in our " Confidentiality Policy ", these informations are absolutely confidential and we commit ourselves not to reveal them. Once your account is activated, you will be automatically connected on our website. To be sure you are connected with your account, your name and forename appeal next to " My Account ". To disconnect click on " disconnect ".
If you forgot your password, choose " My Account ", then click on " I forgot my password, I click here ". To protect your account, a new password will be created and sent to the e-mail address you indicated. You have the possibility to change your password at any moment into " My Account ".

According to the law n° 78-17 of 6th January 1978, called « data processing and liberties » you have a right of access, correction and suppression regarding to any personal information. This means you can at any time change your personal data in « My Account » by clicking on « Modify ». If you want to remove your account, please click on « I want to remove my Petrusse Account » or contact directly our customer service.

Choose between these three selections « Winter Collection », « Summer Collection » and « Home Collection » the product you’re interested in. After your selection, the product appears with the description of the product. To buy it, just click on « Yes, I want it ».
At any time, you can consult your basket and modify it by clicking on « My Basket », located in the right top of the website. When you made your final choice, confirm your basket by clicking on « I confirm my order ». Check attentively the exactitude of your personal data : name, forename, telephone number, e-mail address as well as Invoice and delivery address (if different). Then choose your payment. Payments are accepted by credit card or cheque. A confirmation page appears. Once you clicked on « I confirm my order », your order is transmitted immediately to our warehouse to be treated. You will receive an order confirmation on your e-mail address.
