Terms and conditions of sale


Identification of the parties :

On the one hand the Petrusse cachemires et cachemires Sarl company which has a share capital of 100,000 euros, the registered office of which is located : 5 rue Jean Jaurès 33310 Lormont France, identified by the National system for business identification under the following number ( Siret ) : 419 747 290 00023 On the other hand : our customers which are non trading natural persons.

Orders

Any order implies acceptance of these terms and conditions of sale. The contract of sale shall be governed by the laws of France. Our products are offered for sale subject to the limit of available stocks. The sale is concluded at the time of the customer's confirmation of the order ; Proof of this order shall be sent back to the customer at the e-mail address that the latter will have indicated, within two working days.

Prices

Our prices are expressed in Euros and are inclusive of all taxes. Orders to be delivered in France as from 350 € inclusive of all taxes are carriage paid. Orders to be delivered in France under 350 € and orders regardless of their amount which are to be delivered outside of metropolitan France shall be increased by a participation to the costs for preparing and shipping of your order according to the following conditions and depending on the final destination :

- France : 7 €
- Europe : 20 €
- United States of America and Switzerland : 40 €

In the event of several shipments being necessary for one order, such participation costs for processing and shipping the order shall only be invoiced for one single shipment.

Delivery

Your parcel will be dispatched within two working days ; from there on, the additional delay for delivery shall be that which is practised by LA POSTE ( 2 to 8 days according to the country of destination ). The Petrusse company cannot be held responsible for any consequences due to late delivery by the Transporter.

Right of withdrawal

You benefit from a seven clear day right of withdrawal as from the day of receipt of the parcel for returning the products ordered. The reimbursement of the items returned shall be carried out by bank transfer in your favour (if you paid by credit card) or by bank check at the latest within 30 days as from receipt of the parcel. Only the costs of returning said items shall be at your expense.

Terms and conditions of return

Return within seven clear days, as from receipt, your parcel including the item in the same packaging included with the initial order along with the return form duly filled in. The costs for returning are at your expense save in the event of defects in which case the item will be exchanged.

Nominal information

The data gathered by the Pétrusse company is for its use. You can grant your consent to or you can oppose the use of such data having been collected under the terms of this order, in respect of the customer data base of the Pétrusse company, likewise for the use thereof by third parties. In accordance with the law n° 78-17 dated 6 January 1978, known as the Information Technology and Civil Liberties Law (Loi Informatique et Libertés), you are entitled to a right of access, of amendment and of deletion with regard to any information which concerns you. This right can be exercised by mail sent to the address as indicated in paragraph 1 above.

Litigation

In the event of any litigation arising out of this contractual relationship, the parties hereby covenant prior to any legal action to attempt to reach an amicable settlement of their dispute. The parties hereby agree that in the event of any litigation arising out of this contract, the courts of BORDEAUX (FRANCE) shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
