The Petrusse Company has implemented security measures to protect the personal information you give on our website against unauthorised access and use. The payment card numbers are not kept on the Petrusse.com website but in a secure storage area which is managed by the services of the CIC bank.
Our confidentiality policy
The Petrusse.com website hereby undertakes only to disclose your personal information to the third parties that are involved in the order process: bank establishment, delivery service, etc. Consequently, when you open an account on the Petrusse.com website, we collect the information we require to invoice and deliver your order: your full name, address, telephone number and email address.
Create my Petrusse.com Account
In order to manage your Petrusse purchases better and track your orders more easily, we suggest creating your own Petrusse Account. To do so, click on the tab “My Account” and fill in our identification form. As indicated in the previous section “Our confidentiality policy”, this information is strictly confidential and we undertake not to disclose it.
Once you have activated your Petrusse.com account, you are automatically connected to the website. To know whether you are connected with your Petrusse Account, you will see your name next to the “My Account” tab. To log out, click on the tab “disconnect”.
If you have forgotten your password, click on “your account” and then on “I have forgotten my password”. For the security of your account, a new password will be created and sent to the email address you have given. You will be able to modify your password at any time by clicking on the tab “your account”.
Change/Delete my Account
Pursuant to Act n° 78-17 of 6 January 1978, which is also known as the Data Protection Act, you are entitled to consult, correct and delete any of your personal information. You are consequently able to change your personal information in the tab “My Account” at any time by clicking on “Change”. If you no longer wish to have a Petrusse.com account, tick the box “I would like to delete my Petrusse.com account” or contact our Customer Service directly.
How to order
Choose the Petrusse product that you are looking for from our three selections: “Men by Petrusse”, “Women by Petrusse” and “Other Collections”. Once you have selected a Petrusse article in the scrollbar, the article will appear on the screen together with a description of the product. If you wish to buy it, just click on the tab “Add to bag”.
You are able to check your bag at any time and change it by clicking on the tab “View Bag” which is to be found in the top right-hand corner of the page.
When you have made your choice, confirm your bag by clicking on “Go to checkout”. You must carefully check your contact details: full name, telephone number, email address and billing and delivery addresses (where applicable). Then choose your payment method. Payments may be made by cheque or bank card. A confirmation page will then appear. Once you have clicked on “I confirm my order”, your order is immediately sent to our services to be processed. You will receive a confirmation email on your electronic email system.

Order terms and conditions
Any order implies acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale. The sales contract is governed by French law.
For each product selected on the Petrusse.com site, a summary page will appear on the screen with the photograph of the article, its colours and reference numbers, the quantity chosen, its unit price and the total price of your order. You must ensure that your selection is accurate before confirming your order. Once you have confirmed your order will be sent to Petrusse to be processed.
While all efforts are made to ensure that the colour and patterns of the photographs of the Petrusse products on the www.petrusse.com website correspond to the original products, variations may occur in particular due to the technical limitations of the colour rendering on your computer equipment. As a consequence, the Petrusse Company cannot be held liable for errors or inaccuracies on the photographs or graphical representations of the Petrusse products on the Petrusse.com website.

Petrusse hereby reserves the right to cancel any order made by a customer if a dispute is pending regarding a previous order or if Petrusse reasonably believes that the said customer has breached these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, or if the said customer is engaged in fraudulent activity or for any other legitimate reason.
Our products and prices are available while stocks last and as long as they are present on the website. In this case, information on the availability of products will be given when you place your order.
Petrusse hereby reserves the right to change the articles on offer on the website at any time and without prior notice.
Errors or modifications may exceptionally occur in particular if the same product is ordered by several customers at the same time. In the event that a product becomes unavailable after you have placed your order, we will inform you of the situation by email or by telephone as quickly as possible and offer a replacement product on the Petrusse.com website or offer to cancel your order. If you decide to cancel your order you will receive a refund within 30 days of the payment if your account has been debited.
Petrusse shall not be liable if a product is out of stock or unavailable.
The sale is completed when the customer confirms the order. A summary of your order will be sent to you by email and is proof of the transaction. In the event of a dispute between the Petrusse Company and one of its customers concerning a transaction on the website, the data recorded by Petrusse shall be considered to be irrefutable proof of the content of the transaction.
Prices – Payment
The prices of the Petrusse products are given in Euros and are inclusive of all taxes.
Petrusse hereby reserves the right to modify the prices of the products available on the Petrusse.com website at any time without prior notice. The products are invoiced based on the prices shown on the Petrusse.com website when your order is confirmed subject to the availability of the products ordered at that time.
Shipping is free for orders to be delivered in France totalling €200 or more. Orders to be delivered in France which do not total €200 or more or to be delivered elsewhere than in mainland France will be increased by postage and handling fees depending on the destination:
- France : Colissimo : 7€
- France : Chronopost : 15€
- Europe (3 products or less) : Colissimo international : 20€
- Europe : UPS standard : 20€
- International shipping : UPS express : 70€
- International shipping (3 products or less) : Colissimo international : 35€
In the event that several shipments are necessary for an order, the said postage and handling fees shall only be invoiced once.
For safety reasons, Petrusse will not process any order which contains a postal box or Cedex address. The products are sent to the delivery address you have indicated during the order procedure.
We only accept payments by bank card, credit card or cheque. You may not use the gift certificates issued in the Petrusse boutiques to buy articles on the website. All orders are to be paid in euros. Your order will only be shipped once your payment method has been verified and once we have received the authorisation to debit your bank card. Your bank card or credit card will only be debited when your order is shipped. If certain articles ordered are unavailable (see Availability), only the price and transport costs of the products available will be debited.
Shipment and Delivery
Your order will be sent within 2 working days.
Our courier applies additional delivery times (between 2 to 8 days depending on the country). The Petrusse Company shall not be held liable for a delivery delay on the part of the courier.
Moreover, our Customer Service should be informed as quickly as possible of any or all non-delivery or delivery delay in excess of eight working days. Any or all complaint which is made thirty days after the date on which your order was confirmed shall not be considered.
When you receive your order, you should check it to ensure that it matches the item(s) ordered and give details of any possible anomalies you may have found in writing, if possible on the delivery slip, with your signature (open parcel, damaged product, etc.). You should then contact Customer Service by email or telephone to keep them informed.
Returns – Exchanges – Refunds
You may return or exchange any unwanted product you have ordered on the Petrusse.com website within 14 clear days from the date of delivery on the following terms and conditions: The products must be returned with the purchase receipt, or a photocopy of it in the case of a partial return, in their original condition and packaging to the following address:

In the event of an exchange:
- – If the amount of the product or products chosen to replace the original product is more expensive than the amount of the product or products you have returned, you will be required to pay for the price difference in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
- – If the amount of the product or products chosen to replace the original product is less expensive than the amount of the product or products you have returned, the price difference will be refunded to you by the Petrusse Company in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
The refund of the articles shall be paid by bank transfer (if you have paid by bank card) or by cheque within 30 days from the date of receipt of the parcel.
You will be required to pay for the cost of returning the goods unless they are faulty in which case they will be exchanged.
It will not be possible under any circumstances to give you an electronic credit note to be used on the Petrusse.com website and the website will not issue a customer credit note to be used in the Petrusse boutiques. It will not be possible either to ask the Petrusse.com website to exchange or refund products you have bought in a Petrusse boutique.
Furthermore, we do not give a refund, even a partial one, if you received the product as a gift.
Petrusse shall not be liable for the loss, delivery to the wrong address or delivery delay of a product you wish to return to the Petrusse.com website insofar as you are solely liable for the transport method you have chosen.
All the elements (drawings, models, illustrations, images, soundtracks, texts, logos, trademarks …) which comprise the Petrusse.com website are the exclusive property of the Petrusse Company. The “Petrusse” trademark which is displayed on the website and the domain name “Petrusse.com” are and will remain the exclusive property of the Petrusse Company.
Any reproduction, distribution, transmission, modification or use of these trademarks without the express, prior consent of the Petrusse Company, for any reason whatsoever, is forbidden. You may not reproduce, distribute, publish, transmit, modify or sell, whether in full or in part, all or part of the content of the website or create works that are derived from it.
You may copy the Internet pages published on the Petrusse.com website for your own private, non-commercial use, provided that any or all copy of the said Internet pages keep all the copyright and exclusive rights wording.
The products ordered shall remain the property of the Petrusse Company until the order has been paid in full. If there is a problem with the payment, you hereby undertake to return the products received.
Governing law – Disputes
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed and interpreted in accordance with French law without regard to any conflict of law principles. In the event that a dispute arises as a result of this contractual relationship, the parties hereby undertake to seek an amicable solution before taking any legal action. The parties hereby agree that any or all dispute concerning this contract shall be referred to the courts of Bordeaux (FRANCE) which shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
