Kazoart x Petrusse x Rodolphe Martinez, when art becomes scarf
The first is an innovative and digital art gallery, the second composes exceptional scarves and stoles. Both have a common passion: art. And Rodolphe Martinez, of course!
An artistic assembly in Bordeauxise
Rodolphe Martinez oscillates between photography, painting, video, design. A hybrid production where digital and traditional techniques intersect. Creativity, a subtle and bewitching game of colors.
The Petrusse house created scarves and stolen with passion for more than twenty years at the Mauriac castle, in the heart of the Bordeaux vineyard. His frame wire? His complicity with the art world, artists, the greatest museums and institutions. Inspired by them, she forged a free spirit and a vibrant signature, where the color, tirelessly, serves expression and emotion.
Five years ago, Kazoart is anchored on the very emblematic Place de la Bourse in Bordeaux and participated in its digital and innovative actions, in the influence of many contemporary artists in France and internationally.
- Rodolphe Martinez - Artist
"If artist's work is generally lonely, he needs to be inspired and shown. I’m lucky to have met Florence Lafragette from Maison Petrusse for a happy collaboration for 2 years. And I am also fortunate to have met Mathilde Le Roy of the Kazoart gallery for a highlighting of my work. Two brilliant, courageous and intuitive business leaders. I wanted them to meet to imagine common actions. The artist in a union.
Today, the time has come to invent cross collaborations, common projects and works. They share a requirement, professionalism and ambitions that make you want to support them. Their love of artists is sincere and concrete.
Synergies between Petrusse and Kazoart are just beginning. It is a typically French know-how and intelligence, an economy of sharing ideas and skills with the objective of the foundation of an artistic, artisanal, digital technology of excellence.
As an artist associated with these two companies I can only rejoice because Florence Lafragette and Mathilde Le Roy allow us to materialize projects, create, meet collectors and amateurs of this "beautiful French". And that's just the beginning ! »»
- Mathilde Le Roy - Founder of Kazoart
“My meeting with Florence Lafragette, president of Petrusse, and the visit of their workshops at Château Mauriac near Bordeaux, sounded obvious for me. I felt at home, and in the minds of this prestigious house, all passion and respect for the work of artists, their creativity, their inventiveness, ...
We have with Petrusse the common ambition to have French talents shine beyond our borders, all over the world. In addition, the idea of mixing the tradition and the prestige perpetuated by the Petrusse house, with innovation and digital which are part of our DNA at Kazoart, is both stimulating and enriching.
So many reasons to unite our two houses to develop collaborations around artists that we love and wish to promote together, in our respective know-how. "
- Florence Lafragette - President and artistic director of Maison Petrusse
"Share, redo the world, create with Rodolphe Martinez ... collaborate, exchange, innovate with Mathilde Le Roy ... are all reasons that make us want to continue inventing and reinventing our way of doing things, to create a link at all times, to Keep the course towards the beautiful horizons. By meeting Mathilde, I was struck by the similarities that exist between our ways of working and our common desire to make art accessible and within everyone's reach.
In this uncertain, unpredictable context, thought is escape, the dream is assimilated to hope, the expression becomes necessary.
Art expresses emotions, thoughts, visions. At the heart of the work, another universe appears. He invites to travel, from country to country, on earth or elsewhere. At a time when the world is moving, the sublime art, a student, brings together.
Today, the museums are closed, the operas locked, the closed theaters. At Kazoart and the Petrusse house, a certainty remains: it is more than ever time to share, highlight, make art and artists shine. »»
