SHIPPING AND DELIVERY 

 

  • Shipping time: Your order will be shipped within 2 business days. 
  • Specific products: For items such as Atelier products (feathered, embroidered, etc.), an additional 2 business days may apply. 
  • Personalized products: For personalized products, please contact the Atelier at hello@petrusse.com for further instructions. 

 

Delivery times: 
Delivery times depend on the carrier and range from 2 to 8 days depending on the country.  Petrusse is not responsible for any delays caused by the carrier. 

Delays greater than 8 business days: If your order is delayed by more than 8 business days, please contact us at hello@petrusse.com or by phone at +33 (0)5 56 31 74 74 (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays, 10 AM to 5PM) with your order number. 

 

 

RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND REFUNDS 

 

In-store Returns at Petrusse: 

  • Exchange or credit: Any product purchased or received as a gift can be exchanged or refunded with a gift card valid for 6 months at Petrusse stores. 
  • Return period: Exchange and store credit are possible on all items except private sales, exclusively in the form of a gift card and within 30 days upon presentation of the intact product in its original packaging. 

 

Returns via the website: 

  • Return period: You can return or exchange any product ordered on Petrusse.com that does not meet your expectations within 14 days of delivery. 
  • For orders shipped within Metropolitan France: 
    We will cover the return shipping costs. Please contact us at hello@petrusse.com to receive instructions on how to proceed. 
  • For all other orders: 
    Products must be returned at your own expense to the following address, along with the purchase invoice or a copy of it if only part of the order is being returned: 
    PETRUSSE - Online Sales Department - 3 Chemin de Cantau - 33210 LANGON. 
  • Refund: 
    A refund will be issued no later than 30 days after receiving the returned package, using the same payment method used for the original purchase. 
    Only return shipping costs will be your responsibility, except in the case of defective items, which will be exchanged. 
  • In the event of an exchange of a discounted item, the exchange will be processed based on the original purchase price. No price adjustment or compensation will be granted in the event of any subsequent markdown.

 

Responsibility in case of returns: 

Please ensure you follow the return procedure, as we cannot be held responsible for lost parcels, incorrect addresses, or delays in the return delivery. The risks of transport are your responsibility.  

 

Exception: Promotional products marked with "No returns, no exchanges" cannot be returned or exchanged.
