Shipping and delivery

Your order is shipped within two working days. For Masks type products, workshop products (feathers, embroidered, etc.), an additional 2 working day can be practiced. For personalized products contact the workshop in hello@petrusse.com To know the process to follow.

Additional delivery times are those practiced by our carrier (2 to 8 days depending on the delivery country). PETRUSSE cannot be held responsible for the consequences due to a delay in delivery from the carrier. In addition, any defect or delay in delivery higher than eight working days must be reported to our team to hello@petrusse.com or by telephone at +33 (0) 5 56 31 74 74 Monday to Friday (excluding holidays), from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. with your order number as soon as possible.

In the event of non-compliance of the products purchased or if they do not give you satisfaction, you can return them or request their exchange or reimbursement under the conditions provided for in articles 10 "Right of withdrawal" and 11 "Return methods , exchange and reimbursement ”of the general conditions of sale.

Returns, exchanges / reimbursements

• With Petrusse stores :

Any product, purchased or received as a gift from the site, delivered to your home or withdrawn in store, can be exchanged or be the subject of a credit card valid six months in Petrusse stores in the fourteen calendar days following the delivery date, under the following conditions.

• To the site :

You have the possibility of returning and or exchanging any product ordered* on the Petrusse.com site which does not meet your expectations within 14 free days depending on the delivery date, to the following conditions: 

For orders sent to mainland France, we take charge of the return. Contact the Petrusse house at hello@petrusse.com to know the procedure.

For all other orders:

The products must be returned, at your expense, accompanied by their purchase invoice, or a copy in the event of partial return, in their condition and in the original packaging, to the address:

In case of return, the refund of items is carried out no later than 30 days after receiving the package via the same payment method used to place your order. Only the return costs will be imputed to you except in the event of defective items for which an exchange will be made.
